Welcome to our first monthly News post, and wowza what a month it has been – stuffed full of inspiring women here at Passion Pods HQ!

Kicking off our April was Project Love, a dating service run by two friends. Far from being all about snaring a man (praise be!) Vicki and Selina refreshingly believe that dating success is all about feeling happy in yourself. This pod is packed full of advice and inspiration, whether you’re into the dating scene or just actually want to learn to like yourself a bit more.

Punch Foods doesn’t buy into the belief that healthy food has to be flavourless and good thing too because Alexandra’s seedy snacks are out of this world! Her story is a good ‘un, not least because she started out as an artist and it was her sell out graduate show that funded Punch Foods’ beginning.

Elisabeth is on a mission to change our perception of the typical ‘gap yah’ and make grads think twice before stepping onto the typical scheme. She launched The Cool Graduate, to link uni-leavers in the UK with all kinds of fantastic jobs and volunteering opportunities abroad, to widen those horizons and get some much needed life experience.
And finally we got wordy with Alice Audley who hit the jackpot when she landed a job as a writer at the Daily Telegraph, but she knew her heart belonged in blogging so she made the phenomenally brave decision to quit and start up Blogosphere Magazine, a print publication for and about bloggers. With online faces like Lily Pebbles as cover girls, she’s not looking back.
