Cruising around as a White Van (Wo)man not only meant a good perve in to other peoples’ gardens but also meant that I could have a natter with  Nick Richards, founder of HPH London. They are a property management, maintenance and improvements company and are a seriously refreshing gulp of “honesty is the best policy” fresh air within their industry. He employs a lovely bunch of chaps and they centre around minding their p’s & q’s, doing a good job and being as fair and open as they can be with their costing…surely that’s a pretty ace formula?
